Abstract:

In order to establish corporate identity and enhance the collective pride and sense of belonging of employees, Shenzhen JIAFU Optical Communication Co., Ltd. began to implement uniform of employees in 2005. Different employees in different divisions wear work clothes in different color. The uniform reminds our staff sense of responsibility and also reminds them that they a member of the team.
