The Pre-connected type OptiTap waterproof connector is a small-sized, high-performance connector that is compatible with Corning connectors. It can be made into single-core SC/dual-core LC/multi-core MPO, providing an economical, efficient, and straightforward solution for outdoor environmental sealing and mechanical protection. The connector has a compact overall size and can also offer solutions for wall penetration and conduit traction applications. Switching between wall penetration and connection scenarios is easily accomplished by replacing the wall penetration cap. The connector is manufactured using special plastic material that is resistant to high and low temperatures, acid and alkali corrosion, and UV radiation. Coupled with a waterproof sealing gasket, the protective performance can reach IP67 level. The connector features blind mating functionality, providing a quick installation solution.
